San Juan County in southeastern Utah... Northeastern Garfield County in southern Utah... * Until 730 PM MDT. * At 423 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across slot canyons adjacent to SR 95 including Conundrum Canyon, Death Canyon, Fooling Around Canyon, Leprechaun Canyon, and other slot canyons in this area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Flood flows are expected to travel downstream to Lake Powell.
