IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water crossings, creeks, normally dry washes and roads. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Honanki Heritage Site, Palatki Heritage Site, Sycamore Point, Cottonwood, Sycamore Canyon Wilderness and Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness.
