Southwestern Rowan County in the Piedmont of North Carolina... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 630 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 miles south of Statesville to 12 miles northwest of Huntersville, moving southeast at 20 mph.
