South Central Grand County in east central Utah... North Central San Juan County in southeastern Utah... * Until 1115 PM MDT. * At 630 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing over Moab and Spanish Valley. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
