BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Flash Flood Warning National Weather Service San Juan PR 622 AM AST Thu Oct 31 2024 The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Naguabo County in Puerto Rico... * Until 930 AM AST. * At 622 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Emergency management reported Rio Blanco out of their banks near Sector Pitina, and road PR-31 is now impassable. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
