Additional snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties. The heaviest snow will be across Chautauqua and northern Cattaraugus counties tonight. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
