From 10 PM Sunday through 4 PM Monday, additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches below 3000 feet and 5 to 10 inches for elevations above 3000 feet. * WHERE...Dobson Pass, Lookout Pass, and Fourth Of July Pass. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Overnight into Monday winter travel conditions over expected across most of Shoshone county as rain changes to snow in the valleys. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates may approach 1 inch per hour at times tonight.
