Total snow accumulations of at least one foot possible in the heaviest and most persistent snow. * WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
