Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches. * WHERE...Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult at times due to slippery road conditions and poor visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of heavy lake effect snow with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected through Saturday.
