Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 10 inches and ice accumulations up to one half of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
