URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Wilmington OH 213 AM EST Wed Jan 22 2025 ...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero are expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and southwest Ohio. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
