In northern California, El Dorado and Nevada. * WHEN...Until 1045 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 650 AM PST, Law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area.
