Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portland Metro Lowlands, Greater Vancouver Metro, and Portland West Hills and Chehalem Mountain. * WHEN...From 4 AM Thursday to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation begins as mixed snow and freezing rain early Thursday morning.
