Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to three tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Central Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, and Central Oregon Coast Range. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
