URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 310 PM PST Wed Feb 12 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM THURSDAY TO 4 AM PST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington and North and Central Oregon Coast. * WHEN...From 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Have a winter emergency driving kit readily available.
