URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Little Rock AR 206 PM CST Tue Feb 18 2025 ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations across most of northern Arkansas between 6 to 10 inches with locally higher amounts near the Arkansas/Missouri state line, and snow and sleet accumulations over central Arkansas near 1 to 3 inches. Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch across portions of central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, and western Arkansas. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
