Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...San Diego County Mountains 4000 ft and above. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to noon PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute, including along Interstate 8 near Pine Valley.
