Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Methow, Conconully, Loup Loup Pass, Twisp, Mazama, and Winthrop. * WHEN...Until noon PDT today. * IMPACTS...Plan on winter travel conditions.
