For the High Wind Watch, southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...In Illinois, Central Cook, DuPage, Eastern Will, Kankakee, Lake IL, Northern Cook, Northern Will, Southern Cook, and Southern Will Counties.
