Rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston. * WHEN...From 7 AM CDT Saturday through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
