Southwestern Franklin County in northwestern Alabama... * Until 345 AM CDT. * At 247 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Evergreen, or 7 miles south of Fulton, moving east at 30 mph. This cell has a history of producing tornadoes across portions of central Mississippi. HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.
