Total snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Up to a foot of snow is possible. Ice accumulations up to one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...East Otter Tail, Grant, West Otter Tail, and Wilkin Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could cause tree damage. A few power outages are possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
