URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Fort Worth TX 133 PM CDT Mon Mar 17 2025 ...DANGEROUS FIRE CONDITIONS EXPECTED TODAY AND TOMORROW... ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR LOCATIONS WEST OF I-35 FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY... * AFFECTED AREA...Western North and Central Texas. * TIMING...11 am through 10 pm CDT Monday. * WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to around 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES...82 to 88 degrees. * IMPACTS...Rapid spread of wildfires is possible due to strong south-southwesterly winds and low relative humidity values.
