Cape Girardeau County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 315 PM CDT. * At 1106 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area today. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
