Butler County in southeastern Missouri... Ripley County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 303 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms and heavy rainfall across the warned area today. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional light to moderate rain is expected over the next few hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
