Butler County in southeastern Missouri... Ripley County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 815 PM CDT. * At 303 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms and heavy rainfall across the warned area today. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional light to moderate rain is expected over the next few hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
