Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches for a storm total of 3 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Kennebec and Androscoggin Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Periods of locally heavy snowfall continue, which will lead to rapid snow accumulations and extremely dangerous travel conditions through the evening hours.
