URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 453 AM PDT Tue Apr 22 2025 ...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Temperatures between 33 and 36 degrees will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Northern and Central Coast Range Valleys and Mountains of Oregon, Foothills of the Northern and Central Oregon Cascades, Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz River Valleys, Tualatin Valley, Outer Southeast Portland Metro, West Columbia River Gorge of Oregon above 500 ft, Willapa Hills, North Clark County Lowlands, and South Washington Cascade Foothills. * WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold. Consider temporarily moving outdoor potted plants indoors if they are sensitive to cold temperatures.
