Snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches with 10 to 12 inches locally along highest peaks. * WHERE...Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute and weekend travel, especially across portions of Highways 359, 338, and 6. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snowfall expected Friday night and Saturday morning.
