Flood Watch National Weather Service Amarillo TX 1010 PM CDT Fri Apr 25 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT SATURDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Deaf Smith, Donley, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter and Randall. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
