Carolina County in Puerto Rico... * Until midnight AST tonight. * At 929 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing and local emergency managers reported flood waters from Quebrada Blafina affecting portions of road PR-887 near Plaza Carolina. The road is currently impassable.
