Rio Grande in Puerto Rico... * Until midnight AST tonight. * At 1004 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Emergency managers reported flooding in Sector Galateo near PR-956 km 0.5 and road was impassable. Additionally, USGS sensor reports the river has reached minor flooding and is currently at 8.4 feet.
