Flood Advisory National Weather Service Tulsa OK 1044 PM CDT Tue Apr 29 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM CDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1042 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estimates of up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen over the past 3 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches and locally higher are expected over the area.
