Flood Advisory National Weather Service Tulsa OK 230 PM CDT Wed Apr 30 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Le Flore and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 230 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
