At 141 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Gaylordsville to near Bridgeport. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury, Norwalk, Danbury, Meriden, Milford, Wallingford, Shelton, Naugatuck, Guilford, Southbury, New Canaan, and Wolcott. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
