URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Great Falls MT 212 PM MDT Mon May 5 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT TUESDAY... * WHAT...A slushy accumulation of a few inches possible at lower elevations. Snow in excess of 9 inches possible above pass level. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Gallatin and Madison County Mountains and Centennial Mountains. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Tobacco Roots and northern Madisons and Gallatins are most favored for the heaviest snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
