The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM to 9 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch has been cancelled. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Potter, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo. * WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph today. For Sunday, south 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
