Tattnall County in southeastern Georgia... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 239 PM EDT, Emergency management reporting thunderstorms producing heavy rain resulting in water flowing over roadways. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
