Southern Orange County in central North Carolina... * Until 715 PM EDT. * At 410 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Overflowing creek resulting in basement flooding in a home in Carrboro. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
