Backwater flooding may affect homes on the Loudoun County side of the river near Broad Run in Sterling. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet, or 5.3 feet above flood stage. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 AM EDT Thursday was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 21.0 feet this evening.
