The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Friday morning through Friday evening. * Affected Area...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Lake IL, Ogle, Lee, De Kalb, Kane, DuPage, Cook, La Salle, Kendall, Grundy, Will, Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois and Ford. * Timing...From Friday morning through Friday evening. * Winds...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 20 percent. * Impacts...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
