URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Salt Lake City UT 134 AM MDT Sat May 17 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM MDT SUNDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 5 to 10 inches above 8000 feet, locally up to 15 inches in the Tushar Range. * WHERE...Central Mountains and Southern Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional accumulating snow is likely Sunday night into Monday afternoon across the central and southern mountains. Current additional accumulations are generally under 2 inches, but if the threat of accumulations during this period increases, the winter weather advisory will likely need to be extended.
