Strongest winds are expected across the central Sacramento Valley, along and west of Interstate 5. * Humidity...15 to 25 percent. * Highest Threat...Central and Southern Sacramento Valley along and west of the I-5 corridor and the Northern San Joaquin Valley. * Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity.
