West Central Jackson County in northeastern Alabama... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 422 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding occurring due to runoff from earlier rainfall. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, with additional storms forming across central Jackson County. Flash flooding has already been reported and may continue for the next 2 to 3 hours due to the additional rainfall. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
