Southeastern Marion County in central Kansas... Chase County in east central Kansas... Northwestern Butler County in south central Kansas... * Until 400 PM CDT. * At 1153 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. In the city of Whitewater, street flooding has been reported. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
