For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values of 105 to 110 degrees expected. * WHERE...Glens Falls and the Saratoga Region, The Capital Region, and eastern Greene and Columbia Counties in eastern New York * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM EDT Sunday. For the Extreme Heat Warning, from 11 AM Monday to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
