In New Jersey, Eastern Monmouth, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, and Coastal Ocean Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures in the mid 70s and high humidity will not offer much relief from the heat tonight. Heat index values up to 102 can be expected on Wednesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
