West Central Sierra County in south central New Mexico... * Until 630 PM MDT. * At 325 PM MDT, thunderstorms were producing heavy rain east of the Black Range and west of the Rio Grande Valley. Runoff from these storms will cause water to flow in Palomas Creek, Seco Creek, and Animas Creek. Low water crossings will likely become inundated, especially in Palomas Canyon and along Animas Creek. Across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
