Eastern Ross County in south central Ohio... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 520 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across saturated ground within the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
