Central Milam County in central Texas... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 425 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Rain rates are upwards of 2 to 3 inches per hour, and the storm is not moving very much at the moment. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
