East Central Harrison County in east central Ohio... Southwestern Jefferson OH County in east central Ohio... * Until 700 PM EDT. * At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen and flooding was reported along Unionvale Kenwood Road even as rain has come to an end. Additional water rises in Fork Short Creek into Short Creek could cause it to come out of its banks. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
